Frequently asked questions
How to contact us?
Drop us an email at heihei@maarisoekov.ee!
How much time does it take for my order to reach me?
Please check the front page of the shop for next shipping day and make sure to order at least a few days before that – i am currently a one girl business and cannot offer everyday shipping. Do contact me if you need something ASAP!
After I ship, it’s up to the courier company – in Estonia you can usually expect your package the very next day, Nordics and Baltics a few more days, everywhere else in Europe it comes with regular old snail mail so please manage your expectations and order your prints in time!
Can I order a custom artwork?

What is a canvas print?
A canvas print is printed on satin finish photo canvas and stretched on a wooden frame. It kind of looks like a real painting on canvas. A canvas print is a great option to choose, as the surface texture of the canvas gives the print a feeling close to the original.
Canvas prints are ready to hang and don’t require framing. Behind the print is a hanging wire for super easy hanging experience.
Ok, but what is gicleé?
Gicleé is a fancy term for inkjet printed digital print. My prints are printed on Canson Baryta Photographique II Matt 310g quality paper with archival quality inks, making them age resistant. The matte surface is a delight to look at.
Your paper print probably needs to get framed ASAP, to avoid dust gathering, scratches, etc.
How to handle and store your prints?
When you get your pictures, be careful to not get sticky fingerprints on them. Paper prints, especially, are very sensitive to touches and scratches. Canvas prints don’t like rough handling and the ink comes off the canvas easily with friction. I handle my prints with gloves, but you can just hold yours from the edges and be careful with the surface.
Consider having your print framed by professionals. Having museum grade glass over your print makes a world of difference and will protect your picture from the elements!
Don’t store your print in direct sunlight, as having no UV protection will fade the print over time for sure. If the ideal place for the artwork is in strong sunlight, like a veranda or such, be sure to frame it behind UV protective glass.
